Winterlude Festival

A two week annual event located in the heart of the Canadian Capitol, Winterlude takes place upon the frozen waters of the world’s longest skating rink, the Rideau Canal Skateway, during some of the harshest weather conditions Canada has to offer.  With designs created by Event Design, Trilite by [OPTI] stands up to the test of ice, snow and sleet.  A staple every year at the local event which includes everything from ice sculptures, a Snowflake Kingdom, hockey games, and live music, these rigs have seen the likes of 600,000 attendees per year and are still standing as strong as per the day they were originally built.
